This privacy policy applies to the Tapsie app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Rotoscope GmbH (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Commercial service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
The user can use the Application to create records (termed "games") that they use to track the scores of participants (termed "players") in real-world events including, but not limited to, games, sports, competitions, challenges etc. This information does not include account identifiers, email addresses or any other such information that could be used to personally identify the user or their devices.
The Application collects no information, personal or otherwise, beyond that explicitly entered by the user.
No location information of any kind is collected, stored or transmitted.
If the user is logged into their Apple device with an Apple ID then the Application transmits the information entered by the user to Apple for storage on their iCloud servers for the purpose of syncing between the user's devices.
The user's information is not shared with any third parties other than Apple.
The Application makes use of the device's file system to store the information on device. This storage is afforded protection from inspection and tampering by unauthorized individuals through the default security mechanisms provided by Apple's APFS file system and the iOS, iPadOS, watchOS, visionOS and macOS operating systems that incorporate it.
Information transmitted to Apple for storage on their iCloud servers is encrypted in transit. In addition, the Application specifies that Apple encrypt the information at rest on their servers such that it is inaccessible both to Apple and the Service Provider.

You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
The Application is not used to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. The Service Provider encourages all children to never submit any personally identifiable information through the Application and/or Services. The Service Provider encourages parents and legal guardians to monitor their children's Internet usage and to help enforce this Policy by instructing their children never to provide personally identifiable information through the Application and/or Services without their permission.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to their Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
This privacy policy is effective as of 17th May, 2024.
By using the Application, you are consenting to the processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by the Service Provider.
